Compliance Associate

Part-time Remote-friendly

Support regulatory, reporting, and documentation work across our capital markets and advisory engagements. A good fit for someone detail-driven who wants exposure to private credit, real estate, and digital asset compliance without a rigid corporate structure.

What you will do

Maintain compliance documentation and internal records
Track regulatory developments affecting our engagements
Support KYC/AML review and onboarding workflows
Assist with reporting obligations and filing calendars
Review agreements and flag issues for follow-up

What we look for

Background in compliance, legal, audit, or financial services
Comfort with regulatory research and primary sources
Precise written communication
Discretion handling confidential information
Self-directed — able to work without daily oversight

Full Stack Developer

Part-time Remote-friendly

Extend and maintain the tools behind our platform — CreditDNA, RefiScope, and the data services that feed them. You will work across the stack, from interface to edge functions, on products that ship quickly and get used immediately.

What you will do

Build and maintain front-end interfaces and data visualizations
Write and deploy serverless functions and API integrations
Work with financial and regulatory data sources
Improve performance, reliability, and security across the stack
Ship new tools from concept to production

What we look for

Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
Experience with APIs and serverless or edge platforms
Comfort working independently on ambiguous problems
Care for detail in interface and data presentation
Bonus: fintech, AI integration, or data engineering experience
